Privacy policy
Your privacy matters, especially given the personal nature of this work. This page explains what information is collected through this website and how it's used, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, phone number, email address, how you heard about me, and anything you write in your message. I don't use cookies for tracking or advertising on this site.
Why I collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your session, and, if you book, to plan and deliver your shoot. Your details are never sold or used for anything beyond that.
Your photos
Your session images are not shared anywhere without your explicit permission. For most clients, my working copies are deleted once your final images have been delivered, so please keep your own backups. See the terms and conditions for more detail.
Keeping your information secure
Contact form submissions come straight to my email and are treated with the same care as any other client communication, not shared, and stored securely.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, at any time by getting in touch through the contact page.
